How to Make Money Using Adult Affiliate Content
Affiliate content serves two purposes on an adult gallery or tube site.
1. It supplies you with free porn content for your sites.
2. It will probably end up being your primary source of income from your adult site.
In a previous article I explained how to use AEBN’s Tube Feeder and WordPress to fill your site with some hot content fast. This gets you in the game and puts you in a great position to start building a traffic base and exploring some different marketing avenues. But, once you’ve filled your site with content and have started working on SEO, you need to start thinking about putting some money back in your bank account as well. The good thing about the Adultere plugin and the Tube Feeder export is that you’re already covered in some aspects.

If you follow this link you’ll find that it takes you to the DP Fanatics website. This is the affiliate site for this video, and you’ve just clicked the affiliate link. Since the affiliate link has a tracking code embedded in it, the DP Fanatics website now knows that you were referred by AnalSexBook.com. This means that if you sign up for a DP Fanatics account now, or in the next couple of days, the owner of AnalSexBook will get paid a commission.

This is the goal with your site. Get enough qualified traffic up and running that you start getting clicks into your affiliate programs. This is how you start making money!

This isn’t the only way of course. Most affiliates programs will have multiple methods for you to start making some money. AEBN, for instance, has banners, galleries, real touch products and a lot more. Login to your AEBN account (or signup for free) and click on “Sales Tools” in the menu for a full list of all the methods you can make money off your porn site.

I’m going to set up a test site and get into some of the other methods in my next few posts. That way I can give you some specific examples to get you making money!

The rest is know-how and time. I will supply all the information you’ll need to get an adult porn tube site up and running in no time.

Nowadays, WordPress is probably the most popular CMS. People love it for easy to use interface and flexibility – you can build literally everything with WordPress. Today, we’ll talk about how to set up adult tube site using WordPress.

Usage guide

To start using Adultere plugin, go to the posts creation screen in WordPress admin panel (Posts → Add New). You’ll notice a small box below the post editor called “Video Settings”. Just enter video URL, thumbnail URL and affiliate URL, then of course enter post title and post content (they’ll become video title and description), and save the post. Done!

For those who’s planning to add a lot of videos in bulk mode, we have developed “CSV import” feature (Posts → CSV Import menu tab in admin panel). A lot of adult affiliate programs (Juggcash or 21sexturycash.com, to name a few) provide an ability to export video data in CSV format.

Add Juggcash Adult Video Content to Your WordPress Adult Website
This tutorial is for those of you who have already set up your wordpress + adultere adult website and are looking for some high quality videos to add to your website. If you aren’t at this stage yet, complete these two prerequisites first then come back:
1. Build your Adult website
2. Set up a Juggcash adult content account
Let’s get started! Follow the steps below to import your new Juggcash videos into your adult tube website! I’ll import some into my Big Boob Tube website as an example!

Step 1. Create a CSV Export
1. Login to your Juggcash Account
2. Click on Promo Tools in the main menu
3. Click on FLV Link Generator
This will bring you to the wizard that will help you choose what type of videos to add to your CSV.
1. Enter your username in the top field and click on the “Click here” text to validate.
2. Choose a date range, unless you want to just get a whole whack of videos, which is ok too.
3. Select the site that you want to dump for:
  1. This is where you choose the site that the content comes from and where your affiliate links go to. You can do some research on these and find the ones that you think will convert the best.
  2. We only have JuggCash accounts so make sure you pick the JuggCash network. I’m picking the Big Tits in Sports adult website. After all my site is called Big Boob Tube.
4. Next you need to choose the type of “Dump” to take 🙂
  1. The dump is a name for the CSV file that you’re dumping data from the Brazzers database into.
  2. Choose CSV Dump from the dropdown. This will get us the right type of file to import into wordpress later.
5. Under format, we get to choose what type of data we need in our file.
  1. Remember we’re formatting this for import into the Adultere plugin. This import file must be formatted in strict accordance with the Adultere sample import file format.
  2. Title, Description, Video URL, Thumbnail URL, Affiliate URL, Niches (comma-separated)
6. Select items from the dropdowns as follows in this order:
  1. Title
  2. Description
  3. HD Trailer OR 60 Second FLV OR 180 Second FLV
  4. Thumbnail URL (Small)
  5. None
  6. Categories/Tags
  7. None
  8. None
7. Click on Show All
8. You should now see what we call the “Raw Text” of your CSV file in a grey text box on the screen.
Format Your CSV For Import
1. Select this text (Ctrl+ A) and copy it (Ctrl + C)
2. Open notepad and paste the text in (Ctrl + V)
  1. Try this: Open notepad easily by pressing Windows Key + R, then typeing notepad and pressing enter.
3. Click File -> Save As…
4. Select All File types and save the file as juggcash1.csv on your desktop.
5. Open the file in excel
6. Right click column E and click Insert. This will Give us a blank column where the referral URL should be.
7. Go to Juggcash and Get your Link Code to insert into the CSV
  1. Login to your Juggcash Account
  2. Click on Link Codes
  3. Click the Next Step Button
  4. Select a Program to Use (Either “Pay Per Signup” or “Rev Share”) and click next
  5. Find the Site that you chose and copy the Link Code to your clip board (Ctrl + C)
  6. I Chose Big Tits in Sports so my Link code is: http://enter.bigtitsinsports.com/track/NDU4Mzg2Ojc6MTEx/
8. Back in excel paste (Ctrl + V) your link code into the first row in column E (the black column you just created)
9. Click that cell (E1) then click the little black square in the bottom right corner and drag down until it says your link code beside ALL rows in your file.
10. SAVE the file! You’re done in Excel.
Import Your Perfectly Formatted Adult Website Content CSV into WordPress
1. Login to WordPress and open up the posts menu item on the left
2. Click on CSV Import.
3. Click Choose File and find the Juggcash.1csv import file and press Open
4. Select your options – I chose “Convert Niches to Categories” and Post Status: Published
5. Click Import
If you get a message that says 0 videos saved, you probably have some issues with your CSV. Open it in Excel and make sure that each of the columns has the right data in it.

Check your site out and see if your new videos are showing up! You should see some WAY better quality thumbs of your videos here. Check out the final result in my import! These thumbs are way hotter than what I was getting out of AEBN.

Step 3: Get Web Hosting
Web hosting is like leasing a space on a computer where the files of your website will actually reside. The files sit on this computer or server and can be Accessed by people browsing the web. Every time someone visits your adult web site they download these files from this one server and display them in their browser.

Some people set up servers in their homes and offices, but for your start up porn site it makes way more sense, time and money wise, to get web hosting from a company who does this as their business. A good web hosting company will have 3 things that you’ll need as you build and maintain your new adult web site.
1. Infrastructure – they will have servers and facilities to house them, not to mention a dedicated connection to the internet suitable to host a website that receives a lot of traffic.
2. Support – web servers are very complex machines and far from not perfect, sooner or later you’ll run into an issue that you can’t solve. A good web host will have a 24 hour support service that can respond to your requests and get you back up and running when problems arise.
3. Technology – If you’re planning on steaming video from your server, which you probably are, there is certain software that must be installed on your adult web host that will make this run smoothly. You want to get a server that can accommodate this.
4. Allows Adult Content – OK, I know I said 3, but, as things go, I forgot about the most important, most obvious point. You must get a web host that allows adult content to be hosted on their machines. If you put a bunch of adult content on a machine that doesn’t allow this, they will delete your account, and your website. AND they will keep you money! So read the terms of use for any web host you choose. OR just pick the one that I use.
So, rather than search all over the web for a server that fits your needs you could take my recommendation and use Citrix.

I use these guys for a number of porn sites. They have the right software installed for streaming video the right way, have an incredibly fast support department and definitely allow adult content. Not to mention they’re pretty inexpensive! Check them out, you won’t be disappointed!

Step 6b – Get Free Adult Affiliate Content to Post on your Porn Site

Now that you have the technology in place, getting adult content/porn videos to put on your site is only a few steps away!

First thing you need is to register an account at a reputable adult affiliate website. I’ve registered for a number of these sites, but if you’re just starting out, and don’t have very much content on your site yet you will get turned down by most of the adult affiliate programs out there. There is one that is perfect for getting you up and running though:

AEBN (Adult Entertainment Broadcast Network)

Click the link above then click on the adult webmaster link at the bottom to bring up the application form. Fill in your information truthfully, then write down your password and you’re ready to login and get some content for your porn site!

When logged in you can see that there are a number of ways to create revenue.
1. Linking Codes
  ie: http://www.moviemonster.com/index.cfm?refid=AEBN-059606&salesToolId=4
2. Theatres that you can embed on your site
3. Video Feeds that update automatically
4. And in the sales tool section there are a number of other ways we can get content
These are all great, but we’re interested in only one method right now: The Tube Feeder

The Tube Feeder will allow us to export data that is compatible with the Adultere import script. And this will give us the ability to have thousands of adult videos and categories live on our site in the next 20 minutes. Let’s get started!
1. Login to your AEBN account.
2. Click on Sales Tools
3. Click on Get Tube Feeder
4. Now, you have to sign up for an account with Tube Feeder, so enter you information and REMEMBER your password. At this point, you should really think about setting up a password file so you have quick reference to all of your account passwords.
5. Login to tube feeder and click on Create Feed
6. Select your categories, keyowords, etc. and enter a nick name for your feed. (ie My First Porn Feed)
7. In the box labeled “Create a CSV” choose “Comma” as delimiter and click on Create CSV
8. Son a box will pop up saying that your feed has been created.
9. Click the link to your feed and save this file to your downloads directory.
You’ll have to modify this file slightly before you upload it with Adultere. Follow these steps to match it up with the sample adultere csv import format.
1. Open it in Excel or a compatible editor
2. You should see one piece of data per column like the shot on the right
3. Remove the following columns highlighted in the picture to the right
4. Swap the last two columns so that Categories is the last column
5. Save the file as a CSV file again
Now you can login to WordPress on your site and upload the CSV. Follow the instructions here:

How to Find Adult Web Hosting

I’ve realized that, even though I have many links to my recommended adult web hosting providers on iStartaPornSite.com, there are some choices you have to make once you get to these sites that may not make sense to everyone. For instance, you may be asking yourself what adult hosting package should I choose? Or why can’t I do a better domain search on these sites.

If you already know what you’re doing and just want a good adult web hosting provider without doing a whole bunch of searching, just iPage Web Hosting and grab the package that fits your needs. If you want to learn more see below.

Here’s my definitive guide for buying adult web hosting that will fit your needs, budget and anything else you need it to fit!

1. Find a Domain Name

For this, we’re going to use Go Daddy. We’re not going to buy our domain or hosting here. Just search. These guys have a great domain search tool, but their hosting is terrible AND they don’t offer adult web hosting.

Use the Google Keyword tool to find a number of exact match keywords in your niche. Then export them as text and paste them into the Go Daddy bulk domain tool. This will spit out a number of options for you.

Pick one. and enter it below to see what’s available for you:

The time for hesitation is over. Pick a domain, copy it and get ready for step 2.

2. Choose Your Web Hosting Company

Armed with our available domain name we’re going to go straight to the web hosting site and buy our hosting. Don’t delay on this step, as you may lose the domain name. I’m not certain, but once you’ve done a search on a domain name it’s possible it could be poached by another party. I’ve seen this happen once.

I recommend 1 hosting company. You can search around the web for others, but you’re not going to find an adult friendly host that’s cheaper than this. They have incredibly quick free support too. 3. Choose Your Package

Here’s where the most questions come in! Here is your answer:

Choose the Basic Plan at the 12 Month Price.

Don’t worry too much about your choice here, you can always upgrade easily so start low and move up if you need to.

4. Enter Your Domain Name

When registering with iPage Web Hosting click the radio button beside “I want to register a new domain name for the website“. Then paste the domain you’ve chosen into the field beside “www.”. Then choose your TLD or domain extension (.com, .net, etc).

5. Confirm your Domain Name

Just confirm your domain name before proceeding.

6. Customize your Plan

You can select a longer payment term to get a lower monthly rate. You can choose any option, but the 1 year price seems fine to me. Don’t choose any other options. You don’t need anything else at this stage!

7. Enter Your Payment Information.

Enter your payment information and create your new adult web hosting account. That’s it. Your hosting will be set up automatically and you will receive an email with information on how to access cpanel, where you can install word press and start building your pornsite!

Make your Porn Site Mobile Friendly
I read as statistic the other day that went something like this:

Manufacturers of desktop and laptop computers have started shipping less computers because demand is shifting to tablets and other mobile devices.

In fact, more people are surfing the internet using mobile devices than ever before. What does this mean for the lowly porn webmaster? This means that we had better get with the time and start making sure that our visitors can watch our porn on their tablets, PC’s, Smart Phones, smart TV’s and whatever other devices they want to watch porn on!

How Do I Make My Porn Site Mobile Friendly?

Good question! Most mobile devices these days are capable of displaying non-mobile websites, just at smaller sizes. The problem that we face is that the content that our visitors seek are the movies on our tube sites. These movies, until recently, have been supplied to us in FLV (Flash Video) format. This format is not supported by most mobile devices. Use an HTML5 Video Player

This one is a little more complex of a solution. If you have some decent HTML and PHP skills you can integrate a state of the art HTML5 video player into your porn site by doing a little research. But, if you’re unsure, don’t worry! I’ll be releasing an adult tube template for WordPress soon!

Step 5 – Customize your WordPress Install to Serve your Porn Web Site Better!
Now that your have wordpress up and running you can start posting content and building your website. Doing things this way poses 2 problems though:
1. It’s going to take a lot of work to get enough adult content on the site to make it worth while for visitors to come and stay a while.
2. Where the hell do I get all this content I need?
Number 2 is actually the biggest of the 2 problems and we’ll solve that next post, but first let’s look at the technology we need to put in place to get 1000’s of videos on your new adult site in only a short period of time.

Adultere Plugin

I did a lot of searching and found some pay plugins and some complete systems for managing a tube type porn site, but then I found one that was in its initial stages and was free to use. I installed it and it does everything I need it to do. In a very short time I had a tube style porno site up and running with 1000’s of videos online!
